We created and developed the Porte application to optimize the day-to-day lives of brokers, promoting greater agility in communication and the commercial process.
About the Project
We created and developed the official Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo app with the goal of optimizing the routine of real estate brokers and partner real estate agencies, promoting greater agility in communication, information consultation and the sales process as a whole. The platform brings together everything a broker needs to act with greater autonomy and efficiency: a complete catalog of developments, updated sales tables, advertising kit, digital book, scheduling of visits and much more. With over 5,000 registered users, the Broker's Space App has established itself as a strategic tool in Porte's digital ecosystem, strengthening the connection between the construction company and its sales network, and boosting sales performance through technology.

01 Identify
The Challenge
Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo needed a digital solution that would unify communication with independent brokers, partner real estate agencies and their internal team of consultants. The challenge was to create an accessible and functional tool that would optimize the commercial process, centralize information and facilitate interaction between professionals and those interested in the projects.
02 Build
The Solution
We developed the application Broker Space with a focus on mobility, agility and clarity of information. Created with Ionic, Angular 5 and JavaScript, the app works on iOS and Android and offers direct access to technical sheets, unit availability, support materials, simulations and contact with customers.
The interface was designed for different user profiles, from independent brokers to large real estate agencies, ensuring autonomy in use and consistency in the sales journey.

The Impact
THE Broker Space has established itself as a strategic tool in Porte's commercial ecosystem. The solution has increased productivity, facilitated access to information and standardized the service process between different broker fronts, promoting more efficient communication and strengthening sales results.
