We are looking for a person Content Strategist To be part of the follow55 creative team. If you are passionate about solving problems through text, enjoy thinking about user experience and transforming ideas into functional pieces, this could be the place for you.

What are you going to do?

• Create cross-platform content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, email, website, etc.) aligned with the brand's positioning.
• Conduct research on topics, trends, benchmarks, and content opportunities.
• Develop scripts for short videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long videos.
• To create institutional, descriptive, and creative texts (copy, headlines, scripts).
• Participate in editorial planning and the creation of content calendars.
• Working collaboratively with art directors for creative briefing and direction.
• Manage agendas, revisions, and deliverables, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Optimize content using SEO practices and performance best practices.
• Track metrics and results for continuous improvement.
• To help build and evolve the brand's voice and tone.

What we expect from you

• Prior experience as a writer, content creator, or content analyst (minimum 2-3 years).
• Excellent command of writing, grammar, and storytelling.
• The ability to transform technical information into accessible and engaging language.
• Experience creating content for social media.
• Basic SEO concepts, metrics analysis, and digital best practices.
• Organization, autonomy, and proactivity in daily life.
• Creative repertoire and strategic vision.

• Experience with content from specific segments (e.g., real estate, lifestyle, and culture).
• Experience working in an advertising agency or in the field of social media.
• Basic design concepts for briefing (Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Knowledge of UX Writing.
• Familiarity with generative AI as a support for creation.
• Experience with tools such as Notion, Monday, and Trello.
