THE follow55 is looking for a person UX/UI Designer specializing in Learning Maps, with a strong user-centered vision, analytical skills, and pedagogical sensitivity to design clear, engaging, and results-oriented learning experiences.
This person will be responsible for mapping learning journeys, structure learning maps, Educational flows and digital experiences that connect business objectives, user needs, and digital education strategies.
What are you going to do?
- Design and evolve Learning Maps for educational platforms, corporate training, and digital products
- Mapping learning journeys considering objectives, knowledge levels, progression, and engagement.
- Create navigation flows, information architecture, and hierarchy of educational content.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI interfaces focused on usability and pedagogical clarity.
- Working collaboratively with product, technology, CX, and educational content teams.
- Translating pedagogical and strategic requirements into scalable UX/UI solutions.
- Validate hypotheses through usability testing and user behavior analysis.
- To ensure visual consistency and a seamless experience throughout the entire learning journey.
- To contribute to the continuous evolution of follow55's educational products.
What we expect from you
- Solid experience such as UX/UI Designer, focusing on educational products, LMS or learning platforms
- Proven experience in creating Learning Maps, educational journeys or digital learning experiences
- Expertise in UX Research, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Ability to balance pedagogical vision, user experience, and business objectives.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar)
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively.
- Autonomy, organization, and a sense of responsibility.
- Strategic vision combined with practical execution.
