THE follow55 is looking for a person Head of Partnerships and Growth, With a strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and a growth-oriented mindset, capable of structuring, scaling, and leading partnership and revenue acquisition initiatives.
This person will be responsible for design and operate the growth and partnership strategy, directly involved in generating business opportunities, expanding the market, and strengthening follow55's positioning.
What are you going to do?
- Define and lead the partnership and growth strategy from follow55
- Structuring programs of strategic, commercial and technological partnerships
- Identify, prospect and develop new partners and acquisition channels
- Create and test initiatives of growth, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- To work directly in negotiations, agreements and partnership models (revshare, referral, co-creation)
- Working collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and operations.
- Define goals, KPIs, and success metrics (pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV)
- Monitor results, perform analyses, and continuously optimize strategies.
- Representing follow55 at events, strategic meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Supporting leadership in defining growth and expansion priorities
What we expect from you
- Solid experience such as Head of Growth, Head of Partnerships, or similar positions.
- Proven experience in growth, strategic partnerships and business development
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on metrics and results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
- Experience with acquisition funnels, revenue ops, or growth models.
- Ability to act strategically and operationally.
- Autonomy, professional maturity, and a sense of responsibility.
