follow55 is looking for a person CRM Analyst to help create, execute and optimize user and customer relationship strategies. This person will be responsible for operating CRM tools, supporting database segmentation, structuring communication flows and ensuring that initiatives are aligned with the objectives of digital projects.
What are you going to do?
- Operate CRM tools (such as RD Station, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar), taking care of lead segmentation, automation and sending campaigns.
- Support the creation and maintenance of nutrition journeys and flows.
- Monitor CRM KPIs (such as open, click and conversion rates), generating reports and proposing improvements.
- Work closely with content, design, media and technology teams to ensure communications are aligned with project tone of voice and goals.
- Collaborate with A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.
- Document processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM operations.
