follow55 is looking for a person Senior Project Manager, with a strategic profile, business acumen, and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
This person will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of follow55 projects, acting as a bridge between clients, the internal team, and stakeholders, maintaining quality, deadlines, and scope.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital projects End-to-end (discovery, planning, execution, delivery and post-project)
- Define schedules, scopes, priorities and resource allocation
- Working directly with clients, conducting meetings, alignments, and presentations.
- To ensure deadlines are met, deliverables are of high quality, and projects are profitable.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively proposing solutions.
- Working collaboratively with UX/UI, development, content, and strategy teams.
- Organize and maintain project documentation. (Notion, Monday, or similar tools)
- Support the leadership in the continuous improvement of management processes and methods.
Requirements
- Experience solid as Senior Project Manager in agencies, consultancies or technology companies
- Experience with digital projects (products, websites, platforms, apps or systems)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized profile, analytical and results-oriented
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Autonomy, professional maturity, and a sense of responsibility.
