THE follow55 is looking for a person Senior Marketing Manager, With strategic vision, strong analytical skills, and mastery of execution, capable of connecting branding, performance, content, and business.
This person will be responsible for lead the marketing strategy and operation, ensuring consistency between positioning, campaigns, channels and results, acting as a bridge between clients, internal team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the marketing strategy of the projects and of follow55 itself
- Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns (branding, performance, content and launches)
- Translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans
- Working directly with clients, conducting meetings, strategic alignments, and presentations.
- Define KPIs, goals, and success metrics, track results, and continuously optimize.
- Integrate and coordinate fronts of media, content, CRM, automation and digital channels
- Ensure consistency of positioning, narrative and brand identity
- Working together with creation, production, technology and strategy.
- Identify opportunities for growth, funnel improvements, and efficiency gains.
- Supporting leadership in evolution of marketing processes, methods and frameworks
Requirements
- Solid experience such as Senior Marketing Manager in agencies, consultancies or technology companies
- Experience with digital marketing, branding and performance
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel, conversion)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and fronts simultaneously
- Strategic, organized, and results-oriented profile.
- Experience with marketing, analytics, and automation tools.
- Autonomy, professional maturity, and a sense of responsibility.
