THE follow55 is looking for a person Senior Digital Producer, with strong organizational skills, process vision, mastery of digital production, and a critical sense of quality.
This person will be responsible for orchestrate the production of media pieces and websites, ensuring fluidity between strategy, creation, technology and delivery, acting as a link between clients and the internal team to guarantee deadlines, quality and scope.
Responsibilities
- To drive digital project production, focusing on media pieces (on/off) and websites
- Planning and controlling schedules, scopes, priorities and resource allocation
- To act as a focal point between customers, creation, development and strategy
- To guarantee technical and creative quality, meeting deadlines and adhering to the scope
- Organize and monitor production flows, approvals, and adjustments.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, acting accordingly. proactive in problem-solving
- Working together with UX/UI, art direction, content and development
- Ensure consistency between briefing, execution, and final delivery.
- Organize and maintain project documentation (Notion, Monday, or similar tools)
- Supporting leadership in Standardization and continuous improvement of production processes.
Requirements
- Solid experience such as Senior Digital Producer in agencies, studios or consultancies
- Practical experience with production of media and websites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deliverables-focused profile.
- Knowledge of digital production workflows and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
- Autonomy, professional maturity, and a high sense of responsibility.
