This person will support the management and execution of projects, acting as a liaison between clients, the internal team, and stakeholders, helping to ensure organization, deadlines, and quality in deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization and digital project monitoring
- To accompany schedules, tasks and deliverables together with the internal team
- To participate from alignment meetings with clients and team, recording decisions and next steps.
- Help to to guarantee Meeting deadlines and organizing demands
- Support in identifying risks, dependencies, or potential delays in projects
- Working collaboratively with UX/UI, development, content, and strategy teams.
- Organize and keep project documentation up to date (Notion, Monday, or similar tools)
- To support the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements
- Initial experience in project management, customer service, operations or related areas
- Interest in digital projects, marketing, and technology.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical, curious, and eager to learn.
- Basic familiarity with task management or productivity tools (Notion, Trello, Monday, Asana, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of, or interest in, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
