As Zapien was a start-up company, the starting point was to structure a solid and strategic digital presence from the first contact with the public. Based on the brand manual, we conduct a process of benchmarking, construction of CSD Matrix and clear definition of objectives and positioning. The proposal was to create a digital journey that conveyed technology, innovation and clarity about the company's value in the AI ecosystem.
The main challenge was to transform the value proposition of Zapien — a Brazilian artificial intelligence startup focused on customer service and sales — into a straightforward, modern and accessible website. We needed to communicate a technological solution in clear yet sophisticated language, capable of conveying authority to companies and startups looking for automation.
We developed Zapien's institutional website with a focus on scannability, visual lightness and technological flexibility. The structure was built based on UX and performance best practices, with fluid navigation, technical visuals and a structure designed to evolve as the brand grows.
The new website allowed Zapien to present itself to the market with an image consistent with its innovation proposal. The solution served as a basis for commercial approaches, institutional validation and as a hub for future content and updates. A strategic project to consolidate its digital presence from the beginning.
