The starting point was a strategic immersion in the data from the previous website of Sandbox. From the detailed analysis of the Google Search Console and Google Analytics, we identify the main bottlenecks in the user journey and opportunities for improvement. We then perform a benchmark with the main competitors in the market to understand how they communicate and structure their digital journeys.
The website of Sandbox no longer reflected the brand’s current positioning as a reference in education and strategy for creatives. In addition to being visually outdated, it had poor SEO performance and difficulties in navigation and user experience. Our challenge was to create a new digital presence, focusing on authority, conversion and scalability.
Based on the learnings from the phase of Discovery, we conducted a CSD Matrix (Certainties, Assumptions and Doubts) to align objectives, hypotheses and critical points with the team Sandbox. This process was essential for defining the new sitemap and the information architecture. From this, we developed the wireframes for each page, already thinking about the journey of the different user profiles on the platform.
With the wireframes approved, we moved on to the visual design, combining clarity and alignment with the new brand identity. The entire layout was designed to highlight Sandbox's differentials, generate connection and facilitate navigation. The development prioritized performance, SEO and responsiveness, ensuring modern delivery.
The new website of Sandbox was launched in April 2025. The project generated immediate satisfaction on the part of the client, who was extremely happy with the result.
