follow55 was responsible for the interface of Conecta Hub 360, a digital platform created to connect drivers who need vehicle assistance with accredited service providers, such as tow trucks, workshops and maintenance professionals. The project aimed to transform the service process into something more agile, geolocated and reliable, through a digital 100% experience.

01 Identify
The Challenge
The challenge was to create a simple and reliable experience in an urgent context. The platform needed to allow drivers to quickly find nearby services and providers to respond in an organized manner, with history, call status and map integration.
02 Build
The Solution
We created a intuitive interface with fluid navigation. The platform automatically connects users to providers based on geolocation, with filters by service type, estimated arrival time and reviews. The provider panel allows you to manage services, update status and integrate with new channels.
