We are looking for a Full-time Back-end Developer to join our technology team. We are looking for someone with practical experience in API development, a focus on performance and scalability, as well as familiarity with modern architectures and integrations with external platforms.
What are you going to do?
- Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, focusing on performance, security and scalability.
- Structure and optimize relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
- To create business logic and integrations with external services, such as CRMs, automation tools, payment gateways and SaaS platforms.
- Work together with the front-end team to ensure efficient communication between application layers.
- Actively participate in systems architecture and definition of good practices, contributing to the continuous evolution of the company's stack.
What we expect from you
- Solid experience with Node.js (Express, NestJS or similar) or other equivalent back-end stacks.
- Knowledge in SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to model data and optimize queries.
- Experience with authentication/authorization, permission control and security in APIs.
- Familiarity with code versioning (Git) and deployment tools (Vercel, Netlify, Railway, AWS, etc.).
- Proactivity, organization and good communication for remote teamwork.

- Experience with Firebase, Supabase or Backend-as-a-Service services.
- Notions of DevOps, CI/CD and use of containers (Docker).
- Projects focused on process automation and integration between tools.
