follow55 is looking for a person BI Analyst to transform data into strategic insights for our digital projects.
This person will be responsible for structuring dashboards, analyzing results and collaborating with creative, technical and strategic teams to make data-driven decisions.
What are you going to do?
- Collect, process and organize data from different sources (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, among others).
- Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports for clients and internal projects.
- Identify patterns, opportunities and bottlenecks based on quantitative analysis.
- Collaborate with product, media and service teams to provide actionable insights.
- Support KPI planning and the definition of success metrics for each project.
What we expect from you
- Logical reasoning and good analytical skills.
- Mastery of tools such as PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Google Sheets and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of digital performance metrics (CAC, CTR, ROI, etc.).
- Ease of organizing information and presenting data in a clear and visual way.
- Proactivity, curiosity and desire to learn.
Differentials that add up
- Previous experience with BI in agencies, consultancies or technology companies.
- Knowledge in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and paid media platforms.
- Notions of SQL or tools of ETL.
- Intermediate English.
