We began the project by immersing ourselves in the real estate market, identifying the specific needs of brokers and real estate agencies. Based on this analysis, we defined the requirements for a platform that would automate the creation of content for various digital channels, using artificial intelligence to personalize and optimize users’ marketing strategies.
The main challenge was to create an intuitive and efficient platform that would allow users to generate personalized content for social networks, blogs, emails and real estate ads. In addition, it was essential that the solution offered tools for performance analysis and integration with systems already used by professionals in the sector.
We opted for a modular architecture that facilitated scalability and integration with various artificial intelligence APIs. The interface design was designed to be user-friendly, allowing users with different levels of technological familiarity to use the platform with ease. We implemented features such as automatic post generation, caption suggestions, content planning, and engagement analysis.
We developed Lano's front-end with Vue.js and Nuxt.js, integrating with a backend based on Supabase and database MongoDB. The platform connects several AI APIs and offers more than 30 tools for generating content, such as social media posts, emails, blogs and real estate ads.
Lano has established itself as an innovative solution in the real estate market, allowing brokers and real estate agencies to increase their digital presence and efficiency in marketing strategies.
The platform has been featured at events such as WebSummit Rio 2025 and has received recognition for its contribution to the digitalization of the real estate sector. With a growing user base, Lano continues to evolve, adding new features and expanding its operations to other markets.
